This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges of products and services related to archival materials for book restoration. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened
- The return request must be made within 30 days of purchase
- You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)
- Items without proof of purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization
- Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email with your order number and we will provide instructions for the exchange process.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
